Randy,

I know US citizens can no longer be members of KLM Flying Dutchman, but is there any chance of InsideFlyer (International Edition) doing an article about the terrible customer service they are currently offering.

45mins to get your calls answered. 8 weeks for an enrolement application to be processed etc. And just try getting a missing flight credit done.

I know KLM are aware of the problems, but they have been promising to resolve them for ages, and they are just getting worse.

It is really dissapointing when a fundamentally good FFP gets screwed up, as seems to be the case here.
