What do Priceline charges show up as on a credit card statement? Does it say hotel?

Let's say you book a hotel on Priceline, what do the charges look like on your credit card statement?

Does it say something like "Priceline 987879XXXX" or does it say something like "Priceline Denver Airport Hilton"?

Thanks

My last statement read PLN*PRICELINE.COM HT 800-657-9168 CT

No mention of where the hotel itself was located.

(IIRC, Priceline is HQed in either Norwalk or Hartford, CT).

It also depends on your bank. My BofA printed statements are similar to N-NR's along with an abbreviated hotel name and arrival date on the following lines.

BofA online appears as: PLN*PRICELINE.COM HTL - HOLIDAY IN - ARRIVAL DATE 2/27/09

Cheating on the S.O.?
