Get eBay Anything Points for Priceline (link)
I just got 10,500 eBay Anything Points for 6 Priceline hotel reservation.
Go trough the Priceline link on this website http://pages.ebay.com/travel/hotel.html
In the past I could eBay Anything Points to Hilton Points. I believe this is gone. This time I exchanged in to American Airlines Miles.
It took me 10 min. to find out how it worked ... got 4,000+ AA Miles, better than nothing.
Sorry, if somebody posted this already...

The rate changes slightly from 1.24 Asia Miles to the Ebay Point up to a little over 1.26 Asia Miles per Ebay Point -- depending on what number exactly you are converting.

You just paid $105 for 4000 AA miles? My friend, you got taken. The next time you are thinking about doing something wacky like that let me know...

Is there anyway to give others a "link" they can use so the points on their Priceline purchases go to your PayPal account?

Can you please explain... Why do you think I paid $105?
BTW, I got 4,884 points (not 4,000)

For some of the Q's on this thread check out: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=424855
I'm hoping we can use that thread to answer Q's to work out anything points -> Asia miles.
I was lost up until a few days ago on this and hopefully we can work together on this.

USAFAN, I think what the OP is refering to is that anything points can be used for purchases on ebay just like money at a rate of 100 anything points = $1.00 (it even states this in your paypal account). Thus 10,500 anything points would have shown up in your paypal account as $105.00.

chobby100:
Thanks!
O.K., now I understand! Maybe it wasn't so smart to exchange the $$$ into AA Miles..?!? Actually, I saw at the PayPal account the 10,500 Points and the $105.00, but I believed, it was a good deal to exchange in AA miles .. right now I am "collecting" AA miles for a nice trip...
Thanks again chobby100

Help, Info needed
I guess my search terms were not specific, and I am too lazy or slow to go through 100+ messages in multiple threads to find out, BUT:
Is there a place where it states how many Anything Points are given for X star bookings on Priceline? Are points based on # of stars of hotel, number of nights booked, total amt of bid, or a combination?
Thanks.
