Orbitz - Aeroflot significant flight change

Orbitz - Aeroflot significant flight change
Hi,
I'll need some advice from the experts here
Back in April I booked on orbitz 6 round trip NYC-TLV tickets for my family which includes four children under 10
The prices were very cheap and itinerary was pretty okay
Today I get an email from Orbitz that there was a change in my flight schedule
My original flight was leaving Tel Aviv Sunday 1 p.m. and arriving same day New York City 11 p.m. with a short stop over Sunday afternoon in Moscow
The new schedule keeps the original Tel Aviv to Moscow flight however the stopover is 16 hours and includes a full overnight,
Orbitz gave me the option to accept the flight change or to email them and they will contact me within 48 hours to discuss my options
Does anyone here have any experience or know my rights my options please share them with me
