Is getaroom.com a legit site?
I found their deal on trivago and it seems too good to be true. I usually don't book through travel sites but they seem to be about $100/night cheaper than any other travel site. Is this a legit site?

They have pretty bad reviews, but in general it's a legit company, so decide yourself if you want to risk getting in business with them

They are fine. I have used them many times, without any issue.

They're legit. Quality may vary, but they're not some fake company or anything like that. I used them once, and the booking was through TripAdvisor. Since they use them, that provides some amount of legitimacy.
