How does this look.
AKL-xSYD-ASP-PER-xNRT-xLHR-EDI-xLHR-SFO-xMIA-PHX-xORD-CVG-MIA-xJFK-xHKG-AKL
Giving Hamburg the miss. Going to do SFO-LAX-LAS-LAX-SFO with a YUPP fare to have some fun in Vegas and get over the 600 status credits I need this year.
about $600 cheaper if I start and finish in AKL than if I start/finish in SYD.
Now if I ticket this with no firm dates how much is it going to cost me when I book in on a specific flight?

Here's an question. Say I fly on BA 1443 Edinburgh to London. I get a quarter of the base rate for miles. But that flight is also codeshare to Finnair AY 5968. Finnair gives full mileage. Can I book in on the codeshare flight number with my LONE* ticket?

Yes you can with difficulty book the AY Codeshare...but why not just buy a Cheap RT AirTicket LHR-EDI-LHR and then use the 2 sectors for something of Better Value. EG JFK-NRT-DPS-HKG
Also please note the MIA-PHX Non-Stop is soon to be withdrawn

If you need to change your FIRST segment it is likely to cause a re-issue and a fare recalculation , changes to all other segments should be straight forward.

Serfty: My first segment will be set, it's more a case of if I get sick of my family and bail early will it cost any more to have the segments open at the start?
Himeno: http://oneworldrtw.innosked.com/ won't let you do SFO-SEA
UncleDude: crap is there anywhere I can find out about that flight being withdrawn?

Also, because you're flying economy, consider flying PER-xSIN-LHR or PER-xHKG-LHR on QF all the way - get 100% points instead of 25% points on the NRT-LHR flight with BA

Sorry kire for writing some BS in my previous posts
Of course, your two entries into Asia are perfectly fine, given that one is a transit without stopover.
I hope that you have a terrific journey. I did a LONE4 quite similar to the one you're planning a couple of years ago & it was a wonderful experience!
