OW First Class Lounge Access Question
I am not sure if this was posted here before but I need your input for my query.
I am Exec Plat (OW Emerald) and flying First on BA from LHR-HKG and CX from HKG-MNL; two family members are traveling with me but booked in C all the way. Based on what I read from the OW lounge access rules, as an Emerald I am allowed to access the F lounge plus 1 guest. At the same time, as an F pax, I am allowed for 1 guest to access the F lounge as well. Will the BA/CX staff allow me to have my two family members as my guests based on my OW status and F ticket?
Thanks.

Unlikely, however there is nothing to prevent you from politely asking, but be prepared to be politely denied.
Note that your EXP will get access to the "Galleries First" at LHR T5 and your F ticket gets you access to that and the "Concord Room".

The extra guest is not additive. You can bring one guest (for 2 qualifying reasons). If the 2nd family member is young enough (think toddler or small child) you may will probably be okay other than at BA lounges.

The AC lounge in ORD in this case has a kids room.
