Lounge options in NRT

What oneworld-Business-lounge options exist at NRT? I will be on a CX flight.

I think it should be:
- JAL
- Cathay
- Qantas

I only know the Qantas lounge, a bit small but nice. Which one is the best, is it worth trying out the other ones?

Thank you for the link.
As I will be in T2, I should even have a choice between QF/CX/JL and AA as each seem to have their own lounge in NRT T2.
Can someone recommend one of them?

The AA lounge is quite nice, lots of space, computers, nice view. Actually one of the nicest AAdmirals Clubs out there.

I usually use the Qantas lounge, but the differences between the Qantas, JAL, and AA lounges are fairly minimal. I find I can always get a shower right away at the Qantas lounge, but I've never actually tried at the other lounges. For food, JAL has some more Japanese options and AA has some more small sandwiches.

My own ranking in business class lounges (for non-OW emeralds) at NRT is

QF > AA > JL & CX

JAL Lounge

I was in NRT April 22nd and visited the AA and JAL lounges. The JAL Lounge was better by far. The lounge was larger and the food selection was much better than the AA offering.
