Schedule Changes on Tool Bookings
CX recently cancelled one of my flights and rescheduled another, they were also the Issuing Airline for my ex ICN FONE4..but I have not received any notification of flight amendments, is this normal or just another Tool Glitch?

I'd be far more concerned if your flights were next week as opposed to sometime in September.
While I would agree with you that I would want to rearrange things to my liking (rather than the airlines) as soon as possible, the airlines will be far more interested in next week's flights.
Thoughts on when airlines should respond to changes welcome.
Mine are on the order of a month to 6 weeks in advance given the number of schedule changes currently in the works.

I have an AA issued award ticket with CX flights on 20 Jul HKG-SIN
I just got an email from mindpearl (??) indicating a schedule change so in my case on an AA economy award (linked to Mrs WF's LONE4) it is 3 months.
just as well since it produced a misconnect on the next award segment.....
which I am in the process of fixing
YMMV
