Can and make this change to my Done4

Hi

Wondering if someone can give me this answer and how much they think it will cost

currently I have a Done4 booked

as follows - syd-eze-gru-lim-scl-gig-lhr

However the flight from gru-lim changed to economy so I want to change to either of these two options

syd-scl-gig-scl-lim-eze-lhr

or

syd-eze-lim-eze-scl-gig-lhr

Now how much would it cost to make these changes is it only the $125 USD change fee

plus service fee from the ticketing agent

Starting in SYD, if you haven't commenced yet then there should be no USD125 fee payable.

Service fees? Could be!

SYD is in TC3, therefore doesn't 16(a)1(b)(2) hold, and the USD125 payable?

LAN flies there aging A340 on this route which has the old J seats that resemble Econoimy Plus but with even more legroom. Not as good as their 767 product by far. Then again, QF flies with angled flad beds and I personally do not like that style of seat. I would probably choose QF since LAN also stops in AKL I believe.

Lan is in the process of upgrading business seats on A340, and may even have finished by now? (Not many aircraft to do.) Lan does stop in Auckland between Sydney and Santiago, but other than liquids rule annoyances it is simple and easy transit at AKL. Service on SYD-AKL leg in particular can be spotty (but then same can be said for QF).

Transit at SCL is much easier than at EZE. I almost missed a flight from EZE due to taking an hour to get through transfer security. If Lan hadn't held the flight for me I would have missed it (some other business class pax with the same connection as me were not so lucky - they misconnected).

Currently BA's EZE-LHR has a transit stop at GRU (passengers remain onboard).

If you fly new business class on LAN, go for LAN. That is simply the best J class I have ever experienced. By a mile.

lan to scl

Yes I was leaning towards the Lan option but only really want to do this if it has nbc however not travelling until end of july so maybe last I heard they had compelted 2/5 but that was at least a couple of months ago. Also With the lan option

Guraranteed NGCW on BA from eze as 747 operation as opposed to 777 from rio which seems to be the least prefered route for NGCW according to the BA forum and the roll out of new club world

I was jsut unsure about the lan service and also was tempeted by trying to upgrade to first class syd-eze

thankyou all for your comments
