I suggest you ask this question in the AAdvantage forum. AAmerican calls one of its award tickets a 'One World' award and this continues to cause confusion - it is NOT a ticket awarded by the OW Alliance, it is an AAward ticket. The folks on the AAdvantage forum are knowleagable about this ticket; they even have a sticky just for award questions/answers

Every FF programme has its own RTW ticket; if you have AA miles then you need to ask on the AA forum about their version. oneworld is a marketing alliance - it does not exist as an entity which issues tickets or has a frequent flyer programme.
