Mexicana to join Global Explorer
Just announced:
The networks of Mexicana and Click Mexicana will be available through oneworld's Global Explorer fare from 1 September, ahead of the airlines boarding the alliance next year - opening up even more of the globe to travellers planning round-the-world trips.

You won't be able to - the rules when you bought the ticket continue to apply throughout the life of the ticket.
The same applies in reverse - if an airline leaves OneWorld then tickets bought while they were in it continue to be valid on it.
