It's totally dependant on the individual fare that you have bought - there's no way of mapping simply from the fare class to the detailed T&Cs.

I bet this is the ticket that I've actually got. 50 plus service charge to change, although looks like I'm going to have to fly back to Honolulu the night before because it doesn't mention Kahului as a permitted stopover, so I have sort of answered my own question I think. Damn!
