Does AA recognize BA bag allowances in DOWE3 RTW?

My wife and I are traveling BA on a DOWE3 trip ex-BAH to the US, then on AA and CX. Will AA recognize BA's 3-bag allowance or will we have problems?

What can we do to minimize any issues that might come up?

Many thanks!

No, they will not. You will be entitled to 2 pieces each of a maximum weight of 50Lb. If you exceed the weight or number, then you are liable for excess charges

The easy may to minimise the issues is to stick to 2 bags, each of which weighing no more than 23Kg
