Global Explorer mileage question GRU-SIN

When traveling MIA-GRU-SIN -etc., on a 34,000 mile A Explorer ticket, the route seems to be via LHR.

For the purpose of mileage, is it GRU-LHR-SIN or GRU-SIN? Of course there are two segments and two flight numbers.

Mileage follows flite numbers. If you have two segments with different flite numbers you should receive the mileage associated with each segment. If there is only one flite number, ever if two segments, this is considered a direct flite and you will receive the miles between strating point and destination, not the mileage actually flown.
