Boston lounge access

As a OW Emerald customer connecting on an all American Airlines flight from the US to Germany (DFW-BOS-LHR-TXL), will I have access to the BA lounge in Boston or will I have to spend 4 hrs in the Admirals Club? I searched but could not find relevant material, apart from what the OW guide says, according to which I should be able to do so--just want to make sure. Thanks.

The BA lounge might not be open 4 hours before the flight
Also it is in a seperate terminal, so you will need to clear security again.

and without a BA boarding pass don't think you can access airside in Terminal E

Thanks for the info. I hadn't thought about the different terminal thing b/c DFW is "one" terminal from a security standpoint. Well, I suppose the AC it will be.

That's certainly a possibility. A few years ago when Eagle were flying out of a separate secure area to AA mainline I was able to go through security by saying I was accessing the Admirals Club. Although those two parts of terminal B are much closer together than terminals B and E.

Your situation was a little different. AC is not the same as a BA lounge. The security might not know the details of who could access the AC and might think your BP is sufficient.

Well AA and Eagle are technically the same terminal/building and you do have to goto the AA side to access the AC and the IFS (which unfortuantely is now closed!) before. They have built a corridoor now within the airside, so you can clear security either end.

Terminal E is a complete different building.

I like the Boston AC and think terminal E is a hike. Is the BA club really so nice it's worth considering?
