Hi Guys

I am a BA Exec Club member. I need to fly Tokyo to Manila. JAL is the obvious choice in biz class. If I use my BAEC number with the booking will I:

Earn miles?
Earn tier points?
Be able to manage my booking through BA.COM

Thanks for the info

This may belong more in the BAEC forum. You can also probably check out your answers at ba.com:
* Miles - yes
* Tier points - yes
* Manage booking - probably no.

OT a bit
One thing that struck me while we were in Japan recently is that it doesn't seem to be possible to book JAL tickets online, at least on their English language sites Is that correct or am I missing something obvious?

Yep that is so, also they don't allow you to book domestics through the reservations number more than 2 months in advance. Not sure why we cannot buy on line yet.

I just tried jal.com in English and was able to book online (right to the last step before actual purchase) a flight from Tokyo to Nagasaki.

Interesting..... I wonder if it is location specific, as the Japan site and the UK site don't seem to have links to plan ones trip, yet it looks like other locations do have this option. Or maybe I am not looking in the right place. Anyway the reservation agents at the Hanover Square office are really friendly!
