Help...Las-JFK new nonstop...is this a transcon on AA?????

Help...Las-JFK new nonstop...is this a transcon on AA?????
Hello All:

I am routing my Done3 and wanted to know if the new nonstop from Vegas to Jfk counts as a transcon? It was not in the original rules but now I see this an a opportunity perhaps?

Any information appreciated. Thanks in advance.

under RTW rules its transcon.. but unfortuntely service is not transcon level...
