Circle Trip Explorer

I can't remember discussion here, but while ferreting around the OW site I see they have a new product - Circle Trip Explorer - http://www.oneworld.com/ow/air-trave...-trip-explorer

On my scant reading appears that the rules are pretty similar to xONEx fares except that the continents do not have to be done in a specified order from region to region. So a 3 continent is now possible from SWP (for eg). Any other differences or unique rules for these fares?

Fares seem to be approx the same as xONEx comparable continent fares.

Bit odd that for some reason you have to include Africa in your travel.

It's the former Circle Indian Ocean fare re-named. Has to include Europe and Africa and either Asia or SWP or both.

Silly that renaming - the original name was so self-explanatory. The fares are identical to fares for xONEx with the same number of continents. There are some slight variations to the rules, though.

I have done a couple of these and they work out very well for me starting as I do from Africa and given that some of the cheapest fares have been available from somewhere nearby.
