Is collecting miles on flights as far back as 15 months possible?

Is collecting miles on flights as far back as 15 months possible?
Is there any one world airline that will allow joining and then miles to be collected from before the joining date? My gf has a BA flight from May 2006, some LAN and Qantas flights in October and November 2006 and I was wondering if it is possible for her to collect miles for any of them or is it just too long ago (which I imagine is the case!)

You may request mileage credit for past, eligible transactions up to 12 months from the transaction date. Transactions prior to your enrollment date are not eligible for mileage credit.

Members may claim Mileage and Tier Points after completion of their travel either online at ba.com or if required by submitting the retained segment of the boarding pass and passenger receipts provided that the Member was enrolled in the Executive Club at the time of travel and the claim is made, within 6 months of the date of travel or the relevant transaction. A new Member may claim Mileage and Tier Points for eligible British Airways flights taken up to 3 months prior to the commencement of their Membership.

Cheers for the reply, I had checked the main ones (AA, BA and Qantas) but was wondering if one of the other members happened to have a particularly lenient scheme, although know it is being extremely hopeful - total is around 16,000 miles so not the end of the world!
