Could Anyone recommend a BKK TA for DONE?

Hi all,

New to FT, and am hoping some of the accumulated knowledge here can provide a clue!! I am having some true difficulty with a previously (locally knowledgeable) TA in BKK around DONE4 segments, nos, stopovers, taxes, the 'who issues first international seg, gets the business' debate and a number of related issues, mainly fictional. The itinerery is 'in', with an AA recordlocator, and time is running fairly short to commence.

Can anyone recommend a reliable TA in BKK based on previous ONE experience?

I used Mike at Green Travel earlier in the year for my *A RTW and he was excellent.

I have ticketted with the CX BKK downtown office. No problems and takes between 1 and 2 hrs from walk in to walk out (with no prior reservations). Others have used the AA office and this I believe gets a cheaper ticket due to the charging of fuel fines / taxes etc.

If I need changes, I simply email my local CX office (in SYD) and they fix everything.

Why not the AA general sales agency?

They got a reissue done correctly for WF jr in January.

Happy wandering

I've also worked with Mike but he's made many mistakes and got us into trouble in the past. He's very friendly but really doesn't know the rules. I usually have to double-check everything he does and often find errors.
I would be very grateful for an alternative.
