Welcome to FT.
It used to be, when BKK was a popular origin, that information about agents was readily available here. Now that prices in Asia have gone up considerably the popular (cheaper) origins are few, with purchase nearly always done directly with the airline. You might want to search this forum for CMB and NRT, both discussed recently.

I have recently dealt with QF and CX agents in Manila, Philippines to organise a DCIR22 and DONE4 respectively. Not withough some dramas, but I can provide email addresses if you wish.

[You no longer get a warning when you type in a short search term, but FT still disallows searches with terms that are shorter than 4 letters, so don't even think about searching for your favorite airline or airport! "Would stress the server too much" says an admin. For whatever reason, they've opted not to add more horsepower, which can also cause the long page load times we sometimes "enjoy".]

Umm, the search function is so lame that if the op does as you suggest, e.g. search for 'CMB', they'll be rewarded with "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."...

, if you read the Search Announcement sticky you will see the solution is to search for 'CMB*'.
