My friend has an emergency and have to reroute his LONE4 ticket.

Just want to know the following:

1) additional stopovers/segments outside of the 4 allowed in Europe
What is the cost of that at the moment? I can't see find the rule line on that on ef.

2) Tax and charges. For the tax he already paid for the segment that will be places, will they take it into consideration when they reroute

3) The reroute fee (is it still 125USD?)

4) The ticket is on QF plate, what options does he have to do the rerouting, can it be done @ LHR (since he is going there for a trip this week) or is there a central London location of BA/QF or eqv?)

The OW fee is USD 125; QF and BA charge an additional fee (circa GBP 25). Given that there is a QF desk at LHR, the other airlines won't touch an LONEx and will just direct him to QF. Cost of extra segments is determined at the time you buy the ticket, so current cost is irrelevant, however it has not changed. Cost depends on currency of the original ticket:
