Upgrade IB/LA using QF points

Upgrade IB/LA using QF points
Thinking of flying LA via IB with a Y ticket and then attempt an upgrade using my QF points. Is that possible?

Why would they document not offering something? If QF were to allow the use of their miles to upgrade partner flights (ala Asiamiles) they would list it as as award on their website - if they do not they don't.

I'm wondering if people who have used IB/LA have attempted to use their QF miles to upgrade on these airlines (assuming they have a QF codeshare number). Asking about experience.

You can't. The only upgrade you can try for with QF points is on QF operated flights.
