I suspect that the answer is no, but just in case does anyone know if we can use the Dragonair CX codeshares for either the global explorer or OWE tickets yet?

Now a different question - has anyone received AA miles recently for a KA flight booked as a CX codeshare?

I would doubt it as technically you have to be on OW metal to receive miles and KA still is not a member of OW.
