HEL Minimum Connect Time: Schengen-Schengen
I searched the forum for an answer, but had no luck.
Does anyone know what the minimum connect time is for Schengen arrival/departure?
I'm looking at connecting from AY782 (FCO-HEL) arriving at 15:45 and connecting to AY921 (HEL-LIS) departing at 16:40.
Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure the MCT on AY is 25 minutes for your case. The longest MCT at HEL is 45 minutes so this is definitely a legal connection. HEL is great this way.

Good HEL
HEL is one of the most convenient and easy airports to use in Europe, and certainly makes LHR look and feel decidedly like a version of hell. It is our oneworld European entry/exit point of preference in most cases.
Your only potential problem may be getting out of FCO on time...
