ONE price estimates

I may have missed this if someone has already posted it - if so, apologies

I just updated the OW desktop timetable, and see that it will now give a price estimate of a ONE itinerary (presumably the base fare, excluding taxes). So it seems after years of having "old" data, we have two sources of up-to-date info now (the other being EF)

Yep, posted before, by me, but beware that the prices shown on the OW planner are not always up to date for all places, so I would still go with EF for the most accurate data.

Also note that the planner is still buggy - allows violation of the London-distant Europe rule, flags too many segments when such is not the case, etc.

Yes it is quite useless at interpreting the rules. Since when is xxx-LHR; LGW-xxx considered 3 sectors??

I am using the Round The World Planner but cannot figure out how to get a price estmate of a OWE itinerary that I have entered! I don't see the option to price.

The option to price it only becomes available after you enter a complete itinerary, including flights.

The real significance of this enhancement is that Oneworld appears to be trying to sell more OWE tickets -- putting to rest speculation that some of the OW airlines were not happy with this fare. Though I do notice a lot of flights with D0J9 and even A0F9 these days (making A/D available only on less desirable flight times, or days of week).
