looks like the BA flight is sold out, like the MK flights, but SA operates a 744 and has availability in economy:

The availability for the BA flights is probably misleading. Playing with different dates, the flight is either zero in all classes or shows 9 in all classes; nothing in between. The Saturday flight seems to stay in the schedule through at least March, but the other days disappear around mid-January.

I cannot see it at all for the 20th in Amadeus. Zeroed out for the weekend.

For the N. America transcon in F it's hard not to recommend CX's flight between YVR and JFK. If you want to get to SFO and depending on the season, you could connect to QF's 744 (with FC) SFO-YVR leg.

The BA desk in MRU is unable to see this QF flight YVR-SFO at all. They say the only flight is an Alaskan Airlines flight and is ineligible.

My Route was LGA-KIN-MBJ-JFK-YVR-SFO-DFW-JFK

It's a seasonal flight, summer only.

Is there a scheduled flight from YVR to LAX/LAS/SJC on oneworld ?

No, just AS (okay for AA mileage but not OW metal.)

However for something a little unusual, you could pay separately to ride on Philippines Airlines' A340 between YVR and LAS.

Um, just what is unusual about it?

Mex

The one world trip planner shows YVR-MEX-JFK as a valid route..but the mileage monkey rejects both segments. Is this possible ?

It might be seasonal (AA might have single flight number service YVR-DFW-MEX and MEX-DFW-JFK, for example). You'd have to locate the specific flights (also it may not operate daily).

YVR-MEX is LA5095* operated by Mexicana in the one world planner. It operates Tue/Thu/Sat throughout the year it looks like.

The MEX-JFK is AA 8212* operated by Mexican as well.

Are these flights valid on one world RTW ?
