I got a similar response from them after submitting this as a feature request. Great news!

I hope EF also includes the RTW fare rules and the various circle fares/rules. To those who have EF, please make such a request.

Did anyone else get the survey a few weeks ago from EF?

I can't recall if one of the questions suggested this or not.

But it sounds like they are actively looking for ways to improve the product. ^

I got the survey. and don't recall seeing that question, but maybe it was there, my memory ain't what it used to be.

I don't fnd EF -that- responsive to requests, at least mine, but hey, as long as they eventually get rid of the dumb session time-out, I will be happy.

Hope everyone realizes that after re-logging in they can hit Back a couple of times and find themselves back at the screen where they dallied too long, instead of starting over...

No, and thank you. I also complained about that too-short timeout, plus a bunch of other stuff. I was busy when they sent the survey request out, and when I did try a few weeks later it was closed So I sent my comments in by email.
