Did OneWorld Awards recently change?

Did OneWorld Awards recently change?
I have been playing with planning a "walkabout" down the Asian/Australian Pacific Basin in 07, and due to a question on the American Airlines Forum, re-checked the AA OneWorld award chart, and it's no longer there! Now there is mention of "Circles".
Was there a recent radical change to the OneWorld awards, so that the 16-segment, distance zone awards no longer exist?
A search here didn't and the stickies didn't clarify anything for me.
