SYD-LHR direct flight additional charge

How can I not see this anywhere? Please someone point me where does it say that having a direct flight between SYD-LHR on xONEx you have to pay 450$ additional charge. (edit: or was it 400$?)

Thanx!

That's exactly what I tried to say to TA, but he insisted that everybody must pay regardless of travel class. He said he was reading the official rules etc. Now he's writing my ticket and charges this additional fee on my DONE5.

Surely the TA submitted the itin to the airline for pricing? If not, the price is still very questionable.
