Check my itinerary, please
I'm holding until midnight tonight the following OW190 award for my husband & me. It's been checked & approved by the agents along the way as I made changes, but before I say go ahead & ticket I'd like any resident experts to take a look at it & see if any potential problems jump out. MCI-ORD-YUL-LHR stop LGW-DBV stop LGW-ZRH stop LHR-YUL-DFW long (4 mo) stop HNL stop SYD stop AKL stop LAX-DFW-MCI. If it hadn't been for FT & expert flyer, I would never have been able to construct such a trip. Many thanks to everyone who has provided all the helpful information found on these boards.

Did you want to route ORD-YUL-LHR (instead of one of the 4 daily ORD-LHR flights on AA, or even ORD-MAN)? Via YUL isn't a particularly pleasant routing, while BA gives you a flat bed there isn't time to use it on YUL-LHR. And AA has better food in J trans-Atlantic than BA serves, also much better IFE.

I didn't have any choice. I needed to fly to be in DVB on 9/20 or 21 to meet friends, and this was the only possible routing with U availability. Yesterday 2 U seats popped up from BOS to CDG on 9/18 but I couldn't get to DBV on time. I tried flying AA from every possible US gateway city to every possible European gateway starting on 9/7 figuring that if I got to Europe early enough I could drive to DBV. My list of saved queries on expert flyer is ridiculously long. I've tried for a week to move my BA flight to an earlier date to no avail. So....I'm flying BA via YUL. (I'm going to now delete all of those queries so I don't see something perfect that pops up overnight!)
