Confusion over 1 direction rules

The xONE rules talk about travel in the same direction crossing once over the Pacific and the Atlantic. There is no mention of the Indian though.

Are both these routings valid?

Africa - Asia - SWP

Africa - SWP - Asia

I presume that SWP - Africa - Asia is no go?

Africa - Asia - SWP, Africa - SWP - Asia are both valid.
Rule says passengers must travel along with Area 1(NA,SA) - Area 2(Europe,Africa) - Area3(Asia,SWP).

So, you can not travel SWP-Africa-Asia, this is backtracking.
