I believe Cuba is part of OW North America?

Great information - especially the longest xONE4 - if you're brave!

We should distinguish longest routing with surface segments and one without surface segments. Also, We had better distinguish starting continent/point.

If surface segments are permitted, following routing is longer than above.
Validator says this is 72,205. (Asiamile calculation is 72,073 miles).

By the way, after JL joins xONEx fare, NRT-DEL is the longest intra Asia route.
It is about 3679 miles.

I'm really looking forward to JL joining OneWorld - it opens up so many more possibilities in Asia without repeatedly hubbing through HKG! Although unfortunately quite a few useful routes (like NRT-DEL) seem to be 2-class only...

Not true, it's the De-Havilland Twin Otter, operated by Logan Air on behalf of British Airways.

I believe Kazakstan, Krygyzstan, Uzbekistan are part of Asia (not Europe). Also, I am not sure about the entire Russian Federation, Ekaterinburg may be considered Asia as well, but I am not 100% sure.

The 747-400ER is only flown by Qantas, the other airlines fly the 747-400.

You can add MEL-LAX to this list.

I forgot to mention the longest single flight number flight.
After JL joins xONEx fare,
NRT-SAO is abount 11,492 miles.
This flight stops at JFK, but still single flight number.

Yes indeed, added to the list.

I agree .. but I'm sure it's possible to come up with some utterly stupid routings involving surface segments so perhaps we should just limit it to continuous ones.

Oh noes! Post updated, and it would be really cool to take that flight that lands on the beach.

According to the OW timetable, those three are in fact part of Asia but Ekaterinburg is still considered to be in Europe.

Bye the way, Should I add code-share flight route ?

For xONE4,
JFK-SJU-DFW-ANC-DFW-SJU-LAX-SCL-CCS-SCL-CCS-SCL-LAX-LHR-MCT-LHR-NRT-HKG-KHI-HKG-JFK
is slightly longer.

But note that AA will not carry you if your xONEx touches Cuba.

And to add insult to injury, you can not have any AA segments nor can AA issue the ticket if Cuba is involved.

Not sure abou QC in SYD. I think the QF/BA lounge in SIN is the other great lounge on the OW network. SYD whilst good is a pretty standard lounge. Perhaps when they finish the renovation it will be up there.
