Alice Springs (QF)
Auckland (AZ)
Queenstown (AZ)
Fiji (QF)
Hong Kong (CX)

Phuket (TG)
Jakarta (EK)

BA/QF share the lounges in SIN. The first lounge is really nice and showers are awsome.

CX lounges in HKG have a well deserved reputation and are not to be missed. I like the Wing better but it really depends on where your gate is as to which lounge you need to go to.

BA/QF seems to have the better lounges in MEL (international terminal) and the QF domestic lounges at SYD & MEL are well stocked and very large.

Can't help you out on any of your other stops

You will have lounge access only when flying on an OW operated / marketed flight. Given this, you will not have access to any OW lounge at most of the destinations on your list as you are not flying on an OW airline.

Assuming BA Gold, the OP is entitled to lounge access even when not travelling on a oneworld airline if accessing a BA lounge.
More here.
AZ is actually Alitalia. I am assuming you mean NZ for Air New Zealand.

Yep, thats right. So anyone know of any other decent BA or OW lounges for those destinations? What's the CX lounge like in SYD and MEL? Is the QF F only worth lounging in?

CX lounge in SYD international terminal is the QF lounge. What else do you want to do other than lounge in the lounge?
There are nibbles and drinks, computer access, TV's. No pool tables, bedrooms or restaurants in the lounge though!

There are several airport lounges which do have all 3 of those (and more). Even some OW lounges have 2 out of 3 (no pool tables though).

hub/hone lounges best...

It has been my experience (COMMENTS invited!!) That the hometown lounge is the best - so Thai lounge in Bangkok, QF in sydney is very nice, and my fav - cx in Hongkong...
Fiji I can say provides you with nothing better than air con...
Enjoy!
