Booking ex-BKK

I'm going to be in Bangkok next month, and want to pick up a AONE4 while I'm there. I don't have time to make it to CMB to save a few bucks. That said, who seems to be the easiest to deal with in BKK? My options seem to be:

A. Book through AA RTW desk, ticket through AA CTO (staffed by CX?).
B. Book through CX, ticket through CX CTO.
C. Book with a local BKK travel agent (TravelTech2000?).

I'd obviously like to book and ticket with someone who will accept faxed credit card details/ID. If anyone has done this recently, your input on the most hassle free way would be appreciated.

Option C is the way I have gone; I have done it a few times with an agent there who will issue the tickets and then have them couriered to Australia. Means that the journey can be started with no need to stop in BKK to collect tickets

I have the email address and phone number of the one I use if you are interested

Thanks for the options everyone. It's truly appreciated! I've done several CirPac's now, but this is my first RTW.
