Reissue question

If I want my DONE4 reissued because I want to change routing, I'm liable for extras such as fuel surcharges as well as taxes. But, will the charges be re-calculated on the whole of the ticket or just the segments that have been changed?

All of them, unfortunately.

Strangely (or perhaps not), it doesn't seem to work the other way round on the rare occasions that surcharges are removed.
