QF "Oneworld Explorer Fare Rules" now protected?

QF "Oneworld Explorer Fare Rules" now protected?
I seem to recall being able to check Qantas Oneworld Explorer Fare Rules but the page now appears to be password protected. Is this recent? Any alternative sites? I know we have the star files, but it was nice to be able to track changes to OWE rules as soon as they happened.

I have noticed that as well; the rules link no longer works. Maybe the Agents can no longer see the Oneworld/Global Explorer Fares web page. As you now need to log on to get past the agent site home page maybe they go somewhere else. Then again, the updated Fares link still works.
I did a search of the cache of several computers I have used for flyertalk and was able to ressurect version 12 from February 3rd. (We are up to version 16 AFAIK)
