GLOB34 quickest way back NZ>NA
I had something like this reserved for next year:
grr-ord-lax-ppt
ppt-akl-chc
chc-syd-ayq
mel-chc
chc-syd-bkk-lhr-ord
ord-dfw
dfw-ord-grr
Just received a phone call that this is invalid since chc-syd is being flown twice.
I know I could solve by flying to AYQ through BNE or MEL + ASP
I could also solve by flying to LHR via BNE or MEL + SIN
But I started thinking, I really don't want to go through Europe. At the end of NZ I want the quickest way from CHC to ORD [that is within rules].
Any ideas?

Isn't Circle Pacific requirement only 1-stop permitted in the country of origin and additional stopovers can not be purchased for country of origin?
If I understand your question you want to do NA, SWP, and Asia and leave out Europe. You could do that on a circle pacific fare but not a Global explorer or a OWE. You have to cross the atlantic and pacific and have to have stops in areas 1, 2, and 3.
