NA to UK on BA using AA
I'd like to go from TPA to CGN on AA/BA using my AA miles on oneworld. I prefer going on BA for the transatlantic leg.
The limitations are no USA to UK flights using AA miles on BA. Since I'm starting in TPA, a quick side trip to NAS would mean I could cross the Atlantic on BA.
The NAS-LHR BA flight has seats available in J, just not for award travel.
Does anyone know when BA turns the revenue seats over to award availability or am I dreaming that I'll be able to get this ticketed?

BA is very stingy in releasing seats for award travel. They are more likely to leave them empty or use them for upgrades rather than release for award. You are best to find another route, maybe MEX-LHR or BGI-LHR, to use instead.

There is reasonable availability ex-MEX for the next few months but only sporadic availability ex-BGI.
