Oz issued green AMEX cards accumulate points that can go to either QF, CX or several *A (SQ, TG and others?). Only QF gets 1:1. The others get the lesser 2:1 ratio. One of the AMEX gold cards accumulates the best rate of 1:1.5 (ie AUD 1 = 1.5 AMEX points).
Doesn't help your original question if you already have all points in QF's greedy grasp.

Since Aeroplan is AC's FF program and it is a member of the STAR Alliance, why would you expect there to be any link to QF which is a member of the Oneworld Alliance? And no FF programs provide for direct conversion of their miles into those of another program.
Nor is there a mechanism to convert QF miles into hotel program miles which could then be converted into AC miles, which would be your only other alterntive.
You might see if you could swap an award with someone who collects Aeroplan miles. Assume you want to get an award ticket within Canada on AC?
