DONE ex-Istanbul - good experience

I have in my hands an ex-IST DONE ticket issued by the very helpful, friendly and pretty BA Istanbul ticket office. Although they issue only two or three RTWs a year they’re knowledgeable and their services are recommended. However, beware that issuing a RTW is ‘our worst nightmare’ so please only contact them if you are serious (Gardyloo, it seems they remember you but there were extenuating circumstances). PM me if you want their contact details.

Istanbul is beautiful in the snow.

Our game is back on; I'm hoping to seal the deal this week. Family crises have seriously goofed up our winter, and I hate jerking around those (apparently) nice people.

Can you post your itinerary? I'm trying to limit ours to 16 segments for IST issue by machine if they can, rather than hand-writing two 20-seg. booklets. I figure a re-issuance fee is worth it.

Thanks for the good report, though.

It's a 19 sector trip, for each leg of which I have a printed coupon. However, to make the itinerary fit onto the ticket, some of the legs have been 'shortened' (e.g. DFW-JFK-DFW-LAX-SFO all on AA would become DFW-SFO) with the full itinerary printed out separately. So the good news is they can print a ticket with more than 16 sectors.

Makes sense to me, just hope it works!

I'm confused.

Exactly how many actual printed coupons do you have for DFW-JFK-DFW-LAX-SFO? One or four?

I have coupons for each of the flights, but in the fare calculation field it just says DFW-SFO to allow the whole itinerary to fit onto the coupon.
