I've been hovering around this message board for about 9 months trying to soak up all your expertise. I'd really appreciate any feedback you have on my itinerary. I've read through the rules, the faq and and your posts as much as possible but I still fear I may have overlooked something.

North America is a problem. Looks like you've got 2 trans-cons: SFO-JFK and MIA-YVR. (The MIA-YVR flight looks problematical to me, anyway -- I don't know of any OW carrier who flies that route.) Also, you can have only 1 stopover in NA if you start in SF, so you'd need to have a lot of short layovers.

Also watch out for code shared American flights actually on Alaska planes - YVR-SFO as an example. AS is not an eligible carrier. I presume you also realize that buying the ticket in NA is very expensive compared to other parts of the world, plus you get max stopovers allowed in NA if you start and pay somewhere else.

Evidently he/she meant YYZ, as that is what it now says in the OP. Look fairly reasonable, but you're leaving a lot of miles on the table. Why waste segments with TPE HKG, when you can buy a really cheap ticket for this 1 hour flight? Other examples abound, but I'd seriously consider retooling to maximize your mileage (I'm doing an AONE5 with 67,000 flight miles). Of course the consideration is different if you are using this primarily for business.

If the OP wished to change his/her post after a comment had been made about it, I think it might have been a bit more courteous to add a response rather than make an unexplained edit.
Anyway, the same problem exists with the revised itin, at least the itin as of 8:36am (Eastern US time) on 19 Jan.

Thanks for the feedback
The message does say its been edited so I'm not sure about all the fuss is about. Maximizing miles is a goal but my main goal is to hit all the places I'm interested in going in the timeline that I've got to work with. 67, 000 is beyond amazing! I will definately look into tweaking some flights now that the major flaws in my plan (the NA stopovers/2 NA cross continentals) have been pointed out and will have to be changed.
I really appreciate your time taking a look at this

Also I believe you're leaving the country of intial departure more than once - Canada is regarded as one country with the US; Belize is not. Check the rule.
There is no Oneworld service that I can see nonstop YYZ-SFO; if you have one please post it.
Happy planning...
