Upgrade DONE4 to AONE4
My company provided me with an DONE4 for business travel, ticket issued on BA. I called BA to upgrade to AONE4 at my own expense, but BA said they can not handle as the ticket was issued by a travel agent. Does this make sense?

Yes. Can you not go back to your company's travel agent? I'm sure they'd be delighted by the additional revenue. And it's not as if you're trying to cheat your company out of anything.
