Turkey part of Middle East?
Does anyone know? This question has been asked a few times before, but I can't find a proper answer. And the STAR file seems provides a definition of Europe (including ME), but not ME alone.
I am not concerned with the 2 flight limitation between from LHR; rather I am starting my DONE4 in CAI and therfore need to finish somewhere in the ME ... and I want to finish in IST.
