From NRT, you could go to HEL (twice weekly on AY), LHR (twice daily on BA), or any of several US cities (SJC, ORD, JFK, LAX, DFW) on AA.
Earn 25% AA mileage on BA with a L fare, earn 100% AA mileage on a Finnair L seat.
