Depending on the cities you're visiting, you might be better off just buying an advance purchase fare with return fares as low as US$160. That sure beats the per sector fare that the Visit North America fare has to offer.
Perhaps you'd like to list all the places you'd like to visit..Please list the origin and final destination .. as well as all the internal bits that are included on your RTW.
