Mileage Bonus for DONE4

I was just checking my online statements.
RTW DONE04 ticket #1 in B/C this year miles posted as:
Mileage-1000 Bonus-1500

Now, DONE04 RTW ticket #2 in B/C is posting as:
Mile-1000 Bonus-1250

I called AAdvantage Customer service twice, and they say this is correct. I quote my EXP book which says B/C nets 1.5 bonus points, but they say C or D fares are discounted B/C, and only get 1.25. This doesn't sound right to me. The EXP book says 1.5 bonus for B/C with no disclaimer.

Can't find answer in search of forum. Any similar experiences or advice?

You get 1.25 miles and 1.5 points and they both are different. I think they are correct and I am not sure how you got 1.5 miles before. May be it is one of those domestic sectors where you fly on a two class plane, but you get credit for first class bonus.

Miles / Points

Miles post as actual, airport point-to-point miles. i.e., if XXX-YYY is 1000 actual miles, it posts as 1000, not 1250.
They probably are right, but I think the way the post the bonuses is confusing, then.
And I got a LOT of 150% bonuses for J-fares on AA metal for 1st RTW ticket, so maybe there was an error. Who knows.
Just doesn't make sense the way the "miles" and "bonuses" hit the online account screen. Doesn't look like it tabulates correctly in a spreadsheet with the way the line items post.

Miles / Bonuses

I think I understand. The AA online Mileage Statement is ambiguous.
It should look more like:

ACTUAL MILES FLOWN____MILES CREDITED_________BONUS____Q-Points
_________________(Includes Class of Svc Bonus)
1,000 (J-Fare)____________1,500________________1,250_____1, 250
1,000 (F-Fare)____________1,500________________1,500_____1, 500
1,000 (Discount)__________1,000_________________1,000___ __500

Or something like that.
