Where is the latest Star File?
Does anyone know where to find the latest *File giving
(a) the latest RTW prices, and
(b) the latest rules
ExMo made an extremely useful Excel spreadsheet a year ago, but, as far as I know, it hasn't been updated since then and, as there were some substantial price increases in Jan 04, it's not of much use.
Likewise the last StarFile I have dates from July 03. I need to have the latest rules to hand, particularly as my flights start from CAI, not North America, and the rules differ.
Can anyone help, please?

Yes, but most of the prices date from July 03, and none of them reflect the huge Jan 04 increases, particularly ex CAI and ex GIB.

I would love to know if there have been any changes in conditions since April 04, in particular the one stating that for tickets originating in Areas 2 & 3 (i.e. non NA) changes can be made without penalties or the need to re-issue tickets prior to the first departure. This differs from the NA rules which state that the ticket must be re-issued in the event that the first international leg is changed. With 4 ex-CAI tickets issued before last January's price increase, this is very important for me to know.
Many thanks.

there hasn't been any price increases between july03 and jan 04 apart from the major changes to a few places such as CAI, april 04 is when last general across the board increase was of the 10% area.
thats why you don't see any.

It looks like there were substantial price increases in March. Unfortunately, I am not able to update my spreadsheet at the present time. I'll post a note here when I'm able to do so. I apologize but due to some health problems I am having I do not expect to be able to complete this for some time.

Thanks, ExMo. You have been a wonderful contributor to these pages - get well soon.
UserMark: there seem to be conflicting reports about Mar/Apr 04. You say there were no increases, ExMo says the opposite. If you've seen the latest Star Files, could you advise us, please, where to find them. Thanks.

ex-Japan, One World Explorer fares were increased on 1st March 2004.
ex-Thailand fares were also incread in (maybe) February/March 2004.
At least, these two countries' fares were definitely increased.
