Flying on the small OW airlines
There are few posts about the experiences with the smaller OW airlines (Finnair, Malaysian, Royal Air Maroc, Royal Jordian, and Sri Lankan). Except for Finnair and Malaysian, the other airlines are dumped into the 'other' airline forums.
It appears that there are many more cancellations on these airlines relative to their size: AY-pilot labor actions, UL-random frequency changes from daily to 3/week, RJ-AMM-BKK cancelled a lot. I wonder what happens when scheduling issues happen with these airlines since I doubt that that the staff see many of these ticket types. Plus it seems that staff will say it's not their ticket, not their problem even when it is same day operational problems.
My experience was with UL cancelling a CGK-CMB flight (the flight that BA TP runners exploited). Luckily I was in the USA and I was able to handle the problem with AA. Since these airlines fly to where I would like to visit, what have other RTW'ers experienced.
N.B: What lounge does UL use at CDG? The OW lounge page does not even list UL flying to CDG, which it does 3 days a week.

If you fly in business, you can access the QR lounge in T1 (floor 11). If flying Economy and have OW status, you are directed to the Extime lounge instead. The QR lounge is superior, and has showers.
